How does licensing work for a school?
Every pupil can start on the free tier, which is a full offline talking board that never expires. For managed rollouts we offer quote-based site and seat licences with per-child managed access, so you only pay for the pupils who need the premium features. Tell us the numbers and we will send a quote.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. Site and seat licences are quote-based, so you can raise a purchase order and pay by invoice rather than through an app store. A one-off Lifetime path also exists, so there is no recurring subscription to renew each year.
Is it eligible for grant and SEN funding?
The one-off Lifetime licence means no ongoing subscription is ever required, which keeps Sayella eligible for grant, charity and school funding that cannot cover recurring fees.
How does it deploy on our devices?
Sayella deploys cleanly through JAMF and other MDM tooling on managed iPads. Android tablets, Chromebooks and any browser are coming soon, so that before long you can recommend one app regardless of the hardware in each classroom or the device a family has at home.
What about pupil data and safeguarding?
